The PVD WarBird. A singlespeed designed to attack and kill. A weapon. The mix between a dagger and a tank.
This is a highly custom singlespeed bike built for me. The goal was to try a slightly different fit geometry that would place slightly more weight on my front wheel than I usually do on my trail bikes.I also built this bike around a 100mm travel fork rather than the usual 140mm. The bike is also built to ride quite low for racing.

TruVativ HammerSchmidt?
This bike was designed with clearance so that a TruVativ HammerSchmidt crank can be used. One issue is that that system to date uses a threaded bb. Since this bike is press fit, I will have to fabricate my own bb system to mount the crank.
Tire Clearance
Tire clearance is maximized to allow the use of 2.5" tires if need be.

Gearing
I want to try a 2x2 setup. This is a single speed setup that allows a gear change by moving the chain to an alternate gearing latterally.
An offroad gear of 34/19 (148.5") with 94 chain links has two options for road/traverse gear are 36/17 (175.7", shortest ctc) and 38/14 (225.3", longest ctc).
